Robotics

Robotics is fun but can also be a lot of hard work. It requires you to build a robot to do specific tasks each year. However, there is a lot more that goes into a robotics team than just building a robot. The skills needed in a robotics team include:

·        Robotic Engineering

·        Team management (Event scheduling, team organization)

·        Safety and security (Toxic material handling, power tools, eyewear, and much more)

·        Graphic arts and design (Team apparel, buttons, signs)

·        Logistics (Food, accommodations, transportation)

·        Communication (Newsletter, sponsorship, social media)

·        Computer Programming

You can join by signing up in the office and someone from the team will contact you. You can come to the robotics sessions in the old shop room when announced during AC.
